Terms and Conditions - Start Here workshop 2026
Please read over these terms before you make your payment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and attending the online workshop “Start Here” hosted by Seventh Self Consulting (the “Company”), you (the "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and Payment
Payment: Full payment of $25-$100 is due upon registration.
Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made by the participant are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Cancellation by Company: If the Company cancels the workshop for any reason, Participants will receive a full refund. The Company is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the Participant. es personally). It is designed to encourage the development of professional goals and to develop and carry out a plan for achieving those goals.
3. Refunds
All tickets for the Workshop are non-refundable except as set out in section 2 (Cancellation by Company).
There are no refunds for no shows.
4. Schedule
You will receive a video link for the workshop a day prior. You are not to share this video link with anyone else.
5. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of the Company. Participants agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or sell any portion of the workshop content without prior written permission.
6. Recordings, Images, and Transcripts
The Company will only use video and audio recordings and enable transcriptions to share a replay of the workshop with all Participants.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to be respectful. The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant who disrupts the workshop without issuing a refund.
8. Limited Liability
The Company is only responsible for the agreements made in this document. The Company will not be responsible for any indirect damages, consequences, or expectations that the Participant may have about the results of the workshop.
9. Entire Agreement
Neither the Participant nor the Company will change any part of this agreement, unless they both do so in writing.
10. Severability
If any part of this document is considered invalid for any reason, the rest of this document will still be valid.
11. Applicable Law
This Agreement will follow the rules of the State of Oregon, and any legal issues will be handled using Oregon's laws. We won't consider any rules from other places that might cause conflicts.
12. Binding Effect
This Agreement will be like a promise for the people mentioned in it, as well as for the individuals allowed to take their place.
