1:1 Liberatory Consultation —

Liberation-Oriented Support for Your Service Work

Hey therapist, healer, coach, consultant, and service provider —
If your business feels out of alignment with your social justice values, your intuition, and your embodied sense of care… you’re not imagining it.
You’re feeling the tension between how you were taught to run a business and how you know deep down it could be — more anti-oppressive, more connected, more liberatory, more alive.

This offering is for you.
Not the version of you trained to be neutral.
Not the version trained to perform professionalism and perfectionism.
But the version that knows business — like therapy — is political, relational, communal, and worth doing with integrity.

What This Is:

A tailored 1:1 consultation where we collaboratively:

  • name the colonial, white-supremacist, and extractive frameworks showing up in your business

  • clarify where your offering can truly align with anti-oppressive, community-centered, liberation values

  • co-create a decolonized plan for your services, structure, messaging, and systems that reflects your real commitments

  • make the next right move together — not just another strategy that feels hollow

This work is practical, embodied, and grounded — not theory on a whiteboard.
We move from confusion → clarity → action.

Who This Is For:

This is for service providers who are:

✨ Ready to align the work you say you care about with the business you actually run
✨ Dedicated to anti-oppression and decolonial values — even when it feels messy
✨ Struggling with accessibility, welcome messaging, pricing paradigms, or structural power in your offerings
✨ Tired of “neutral frameworks” that don’t match your lived ethics
✨ Wanting accountability (not judgment) to grow beyond performative justice
✨ Willing to be honest, courageous, and reflective — even when it’s uncomfortable

What We’ll Do Together:

In our sessions, we’ll:

🌱 Audit where your current business structure, language, tools, or systems are replicating colonial norms
🌱 Clarify how your identity, power, and beliefs show up in your offerings
🌱 Map a tailored, decolonial strategy you can implement now
🌱 Create accountability, not perfection — liberation isn’t linear

Your plan will always be:

  • anti-oppressive

  • community-centered

  • tailored to your identities, your context, and your capacity

  • practical enough that you can put it to use before our next meeting

Why This Matters:

Too many of us try to retrofit social justice values into business models that were never built for liberation. The result? Exhaustion. Confusion. Compromise. Invisibility. And the painful feeling that something feels off — but we don’t know what or how to fix it.

Here — we stop retrofitting and start re-imagining.

Session Structure:

In each 55-minute meeting we will:

  1. Clarify your intention — what you really want from this session

  2. Lean into the challenge you brought

  3. Build a plan with accountability

  4. Walk away with clarity and concrete next steps

  5. You’ll receive a recording of the session to keep

Investment:

$240 / 55-minute session
15% BIPoC community discount available with code: BIPOC
The value of this work is rooted in transformation, accountability, and liberation — not checklist capitalism.

Who This Work Is Not For:

If you are committed to staying neutral, avoiding power analysis, or uninterested in naming systems of harm — then this offering won’t resonate.
This is for people who feel, think, and care deeply about doing this work with integrity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a 1:1 Decolonized Consultation?

This is a collaborative, liberation-oriented space to examine how colonial, supremacist, and extractive systems show up in your work — and to intentionally shift toward practices that are more aligned with your values, identities, and ethics of care.
It’s practical, reflective, and grounded in real-world application — not abstract theory.

Who is this consultation for?

This work is for therapists, healers, consultants, coaches, educators, and other service-based practitioners who are committed to anti-oppressive and decolonial values and want their work to reflect those commitments more honestly and sustainably.

You don’t need to have the “right language” or be further along than anyone else — curiosity, humility, and willingness matter more than polish.

Do I need to be familiar with decolonial theory to book?

No.
This work meets you where you are. Whether you’re early in your unlearning or deep into it, the consultation is tailored to your current context, capacity, and readiness.

Decolonization is not a credential — it’s a practice.

What kinds of topics can we explore in a session?

Common areas include (but are not limited to):

  • Business structure and offerings

  • Messaging, websites, and marketing language

  • Pricing, access, and power dynamics

  • Identity and positionality in your work

  • Ethical tensions or “something feels off” moments

  • Moving beyond performative justice toward accountable practice

If it’s connected to your work and your values, it belongs here.

Is this therapy or clinical supervision?

No.
This consultation is not therapy and not clinical supervision. It is a professional, educational, and reflective space focused on liberatory, decolonial and anti-oppressive practice.

If you are looking for healership, therapy, or formal clinical supervision, I can point you toward appropriate resources through my other practice.

Will you tell me what to do?

No — and also, not never.
I won’t hand you a rigid formula or universal framework. But I will offer clarity, reflection, accountability, and concrete next steps grounded in decolonial values and lived practice.

This work is collaborative, not prescriptive.

How is this different from business coaching?

Traditional business coaching often centers growth, productivity, and extraction — even when dressed in “values-based” language.

This work centers relationship, integrity, power awareness, and liberation. We look at what success actually means when justice, access, and sustainability are not afterthoughts.

What happens after the session?

You’ll leave with:

  • greater clarity

  • concrete next steps

  • a session recording and transcript you can revisit (optional)

  • and, often, more compassion for yourself in the process

Some people book a single session; others return periodically as their work evolves.

Do you offer ongoing or package options?

At this time, consultations are offered on a session-by-session basis to honor autonomy, capacity, and consent.
You’re always welcome to return when you need support — no pressure, no funnel.

What does “forever access” mean if I work with you?

For consultations, this means you retain access to your session recording and any shared materials (whenever recordings and shared materials are available) for as long as I continue offering this work. You’re encouraged to download and store your materials (if any) for your own keeping.

What if I’m nervous or unsure?

That makes sense.
This work asks us to slow down, reflect honestly, and name things we were taught to ignore. Nervousness isn’t a sign you’re doing it wrong — it’s often a sign you’re doing it sincerely.
